Responsibilities
We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our team. We offer a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts across the week. As part of a dedicated team who work hard to create a safe, home‐like environment you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
* Supporting day‐to‐day tasks such as eating and social activities
* Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
* Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure our residents' health and wellbeing are optimised
* Providing high quality service to families and the community
Qualifications and Requirements
* A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
* Med comp certificate preferred
* A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
* Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
* Good communication skills
* A reliable team player
* Understanding of workplace health and safety
* Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
