Key Responsibilities
* Develop, grow, and support the GAA dealer network, including the establishment and continuous enhancement of network development processes, procedures, and policies.
* Develop and implement programs that support the growth of dealer retail businesses, improve network quality, and enhance service levels for end customers.
* Manage dealer programs and work closely with GAA Management, field staff, and dealers to develop individual annual dealer plans, monitor network performance, and implement appropriate actions in a timely manner.
* Identify and assess new dealer prospects, manage dealer appointments, monitor dealer performance, and handle dealer terminations as core functions of the role.
* Work with the Network Director and Network Managers to implement the dealer network strategy in line with GAA's sales plan.
* Manage all legal processes and communications relating to dealer appointment and management, including start‐ups, terminations, relocations, and upgrades.
* Implement and enforce Geely CI standards (facility and process) across the dealer network, ensuring compliance through regular audits.
* Manage dealer performance, with performance reviewed quarterly and results presented to GAA Management and the respective dealers.
* Establish and implement dealer reporting frameworks, ensuring reporting systems and guidelines are clearly defined, maintained, and consistently applied.
* Review monthly dealer submissions for accuracy and key financial performance indicators.
* Collaborate with dealers to develop corrective action plans aligned with KPI targets.
* Lead the development and implementation of Dealer Quality Standards.
* Create and optimise dealer performance management frameworks.
* Undertake additional duties or contribute to projects related to the Company's business operations, including providing leadership or support as reasonably required and consistent with the responsibilities of the role.
Qualifications
* Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in dealer network / channel management, preferably within an automotive OEM, importer, or large dealer group environment.
* Demonstrated capability across the full dealer lifecycle, including network development, dealer appointment and onboarding, performance management, and ongoing network optimisation.
* Strong understanding of dealer retail operations and performance drivers, with experience setting KPIs, reviewing results, and implementing corrective action plans.
* Experience implementing and enforcing dealer standards and CI requirements, with the ability to balance compliance and commercial outcomes.
* Proven ability to manage formal dealer processes and stakeholder communications, working effectively with senior management, internal teams, and dealer partners.
* Highly structured and logical thinker with strong execution capability, resilience, and a proactive, driven mindset, able to deliver outcomes in a fast‐paced and evolving environment.
