About the Role
The purpose of the Quality Partner role is to partner with services across Grampians Health to promote quality, safe systems, and improvement activities to deliver safe, effective, connected personal care. Under the direction of the Consumer Partnerships & Experience Lead, you will promote consumer engagement in quality and improvement activities and work within the GH strategic priorities, GH Governance Framework, Consumer Partnership Framework, and relevant accreditation standards and risk management frameworks.
The role will support the integration of the GH wide quality systems and processes through coaching and mentoring. They will also be an ambassador for culture change within our organisation. The post holder will have the skills to plan, lead and evaluate potential areas for improvement. The role has a visible presence, is responsive and adaptable, able to interpret complex ideas and systems, and communicates to a variety of audiences. The role will support GH staff through education and training of consumer experience and feedback management.
Key Responsibilities
The Quality Partner will work with services across Grampians Health to promote the consumer in the areas of but not limited to, consumer feedback (complaints, compliments, enquiries, and suggestions), experience, service improvement and partnerships to deliver safe, effective, connected, person-centred care. You will model and promote consumer engagement and experience while working collaboratively with key stakeholders across all areas at Grampians Health. The Quality Partner is the conduit between the consumer of Grampians Health and the organisation; advocating and assisting the consumer to navigate through their lived experiences and hear their voice of feedback.
Qualifications and Experience
* Consumer and stakeholder engagement experience would be an advantage
* The ability to provide timely guidance and feedback to develop the knowledge and skills of others
* Knowledge and ability in producing high-quality written reports
* Experience evaluating data, systems, and processes
* Qualification in a clinical health profession preferred
* Experience and demonstrated capacity to work closely and communicate effectively with all members of the organisation
* Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering education and training would be an advantage
