About the role
CSR is undergoing an exciting OT transformation, and we are seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery across 18 key production sites. This is a 12‐month Fixed Term Contract based at North Ryde.
Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Operations, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced OT Project Manager to deliver a large, complex, cross‐functional program while partnering with multiple senior stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities
* Lead the full delivery of CSR's OT Transformation Project, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
* Develop and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets and annual financial planning.
* Create and oversee project plans across multiple workstreams with key stakeholders.
* Maintain project governance, including progress, budget, risk and issue reporting to Steering Committees.
* Build strong partnerships and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to drive outcomes.
* Assess and communicate BU effort/cost requirements and ensure agreed activities are completed.
* Identify organisational change needs and implement effective change management plans.
* Ensure solutions, documentation, technical changes, and vendor deliverables align with CSR standards and architecture.
What you bring to the role
* Proven experience delivering similar OT (Operational Technology) projects, ideally involving PLCs, SCADA or industrial control systems.
* A degree in IT, Science, Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience
* 5+ years' experience delivering large, multi‐million‐dollar projects on time and within budget
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and support high‐performing project teams
* Strong stakeholder management capability, including working confidently with Executive and C‐suite leaders
* A solid understanding of Operational Technology environments and how they integrate into broader business systems
