Customer Care Coordinator
Main Function:
1. Processing of orders (Order entry, amendment and cancellation)
2. Collaboration with Sales Representatives to increase Sales/ Profitability for ALL CB Foods products
3. Ensure ALL Sales orders -verbally, emailed and any other medium, are posted with accuracy and thoroughness in a timely manner, making comments where applicable.
4. Answer customers queries and take orders via phone and email
5. Create shipments for warehouses
6. Order Allocation
7. Creating shortage reports and order listings for all products
8. Provide a friendly and professional welcome to all customers, presenting a positive impression of self and the organization
9. Perform after sales service which includes contacting customers to ensure they are satisfied with orders
10. Working as a part of a team to ensure smooth operation of the facility
11. Outbound Calling- Contacting customers on customer list for orders
12. Liaise with other departments - Credit & Collection, Demand and planning, Distribution, Sales, and Production to organize customers orders
13. Close open orders
14. Be knowledgeable and able to communicate on product details, prices, availability and delivery schedules
15. Liaise with shipping and Distribution to keep informed of the status of customer deliveries
16. Provide drivers with specific/ special instructions
17. Monitor and communicate ALL re-orders (chilled products)
18. Assist with charitable and Marketing procedures
19. Coordinate pickup of CB Foods products from customers
20. Generate quotations for potential customers
21. Updating order database with new customers details
22. Attend briefing/huddle in relation to Customer Care
23. Organize sample products requests with production
24. Any other assigned tasks
Minimum Academic Qualifications:
Tertiary Level Degree in a related field
