Role: Health Care Assistant that provides high quality care and support to community and/or facility-based clients and assists with a range of daily living activities that a person would normally do for themselves.
The Team Westbury Community Health Centre provides a wide range of services to the Meander valley area.
Services include day centre programs, child health and parenting services, Community Nursing services and a variety of allied health services operate from the centre.

Responsibilities Function effectively as a member of the health care team concerned with the care of an individual and their family unit within the community setting.Provide home help and personal care to the client within their own home.
Qualifications Current Driver's Licence (only applicable where the occupant is required to provide services to community based clients).
Details of appointment Fixed term, casual, position working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible for approximately 24 months.
Note: hours are negotiable with the successful applicant.

Salary and benefits Salary: $63,110 to $66,049 per annum (Pro rata).
Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
