About the Role
As a Mentor working in our Workforce Australia GEN Contract, you will provide pre-employment support to enhance customers' work-readiness and facilitate their transition into sustainable employment or education.
* Conduct assessments to identify barriers and provide direction and guidance to ensure their journey into appropriate and sustainable employment.
* Engage and refer job-ready participants to our Recruitment Partner and assist them with their challenges by referring them to community organizations.
* Collaborate closely with customers by supporting them with job search activities including interview coaching, budgeting and resume preparation, as well as matching participants to current vacancies.
This role is based at our office, full time, fixed term until June, with the possibility of extension, working 8:30am-5pm on Monday-Friday.
