Change Management Expert
We are seeking a skilled Change Management Expert to lead and accelerate organisational change across a dynamic and evolving business landscape. This role is critical to the successful delivery of our transformation agenda.
This Change Manager will work at the intersection of organisational design and HR to lead complex change initiatives, supporting leaders and teams through periods of transition and realignment.
The Opportunity
* Lead the design and execution of change strategies to support major organisational transformation
* Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic objectives into practical change roadmaps
* Shape and deliver organisational design activities, including restructuring, capability shifts, and workforce realignment
* Drive end-to-end change initiatives - from impact assessments and stakeholder engagement to communication and behavioural change
* Measure change effectiveness, track adoption, and continuously refine approach based on insights and feedback
About You
* Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-level change in fast-paced or high-growth environments
* Deep understanding of organisational design principles and their role in enabling business strategy
* Strong background in HR, transformation, or change consulting, with a track record of delivering measurable impact
* Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills – able to navigate ambiguity and bring people with you
* Highly analytical and outcomes-driven, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG)
* Experience in workforce transition, operating model design, or M&A integration
* Relevant HR or OD qualification (e.g. CIPD, MSc in Organisation Development)
