About The Role
Zenith Energy is seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Office Administrator to ensure smooth daily business operations by managing administrative tasks, reception duties, and supporting all Zenith divisions with general administration.
This is a temporary role, based at our Headquarters in Rivervale on a Monday to Friday roster, 8 am - 4 pm
The successful candidate should possess strong organisational, communication, and technical skills to manage the company's daily operations.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting visitors, answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, and managing company emails and correspondence.
Booking conference rooms for meetings and presentations, and ensuring refreshments are available before meetings start
Overseeing daily office functions, maintaining equipment, managing office supplies, and ensuring a clean, organised environment
Document formatting, maintaining digital/physical records, and performing data entry for Procurement
What We Require From You
Experience & Skills
Previous customer-facing position
Strong verbal communication skills with a personable yet professional approach
Highly organised with the ability to be resourceful in problem-solving
Customer-oriented with a strong focus on service
Effective active listening skills
Skilled in prioritising, scheduling, and multitasking
Strong Interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to utilise Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Highly skilled in document formatting
Qualifications & Clearances
Certificate II or III in Administration is desirable
Ability to pass a National Police Clearance and Pre-employment Medical
