Offer description

**(Level B) $111,031 to $131,345 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.**

This is an initial fixed-term, 12 months position that can be renewed upon successful performance review

**To be successful you will need**:

- A PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology or related area.
- Outstanding academic track record (e.g. peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, relative to opportunity) and demonstrated ability to conduct independent research.
- A self-driven fellows with expertise in cancer biology and cell signalling (e.g. protein analyses, 2D/3D primary cell culture).
- Strong organisational and record keeping skills with the ability to meet project timelines and deadlines
- Successful track record in conducting and driving all aspects of research, including experimental design, execution and manuscript writing across multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate across disciplines.

Demonstrated ability to independently guide and supervise junior scientists such as postgraduate/honours students.
