As a seasoned consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that drive measurable business improvement using our products and services.
Solutions Development
\
You will design, develop, and implement architectural system designs, facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements, and develop implementation plans based on these requirements. Your expertise will also include providing guidance, feedback, and recommendations to customers based on established best practices.
Customer Engagement
\
You will support the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions for customers, handle customer engagements as a project manager, responsible for scheduling, coordination, communication, and enhancing the customer relationship. Additionally, you will assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions, engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical resource, advising on product solutions.
Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related technical disciplines
\
2. 1-3 years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Atlassian Administrator, Jira Administrator, or similar positions
\
3. Proven track record in implementing solutions including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
\
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to take a holistic view across a range of domains
\
5. Demonstrated expertise in undertaking analysis, evaluation, and translation of customer requirements and feeding them into solutions
