Support Worker - Disability, Aged - Brisbane South

Currently we are building our workforce pools across Brisbane's Southern Suburbs from Doolandella to Mt Gravatt and Sunnybank area so we can provide support to our ever-growing client base in the region. Duties
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the people you support.
- Follow established care plans.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to crisis situations, offering immediate support and collaborating with appropriate authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, assessments, and program outcomes.
- Work positively and collaborate with team members to ensure the highest care and support provided.
- Must be able to do personal care and use a hoist.
Requirements
- Cert III in Individual support or another relevant field or working towards will be considered.
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain).
- Current (Paid) Working with Children check (or willing to obtain).
- Recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
- 2 professional references.
- Unrestricted Australian Driver's License (required if providing community access support, driving facility vehicles).
- Comprehensive Car Insurance (or willing to obtain – required if using own vehicle for work purposes).
