Job Title: Bid Coordinator
Job Description:
* Assist in creating and formatting high-quality proposals and tender documentation using various software tools.
* Prepare tenders and bids by identifying response requirements, coordinating input from relevant disciplines, and assisting with the production of non-technical proposal sections.
* Coordinate and track tender opportunities, as well as completed panel submissions – distributing them to leadership teams, ensuring that tender portal profiles are up to date.
* Develop supporting visuals/graphics for bids and content, including diagrams, org. charts, and promotional collateral.
* Develop and maintain general marketing material to support bids and client enquiries – this includes capability statements, case studies, staff CVs, and photo reference libraries.
* Assist the marketing team with business newsletters, LinkedIn content, and company intranet updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, utilizing ability to work with leaders across Australian businesses.
* Strong design and documentation skills with ability to create branded content for internal and external use.
* A keen eye for detail with strong focus on brand standards and quality control.
* The ability to write, proofread, and edit content with professional tone, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency are maintained.
* Proficiency with Adobe suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
* Extensive experience in MS Office (especially MS Word and PowerPoint), with strong formatting skills.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, influencing, and presentation skills.
* A tertiary qualification in Design, Marketing, Administration, Arts, Commerce, Business, Communications, PR, or related field.
