About You
* Current Workplace Training and Assessment Cert IV (or willingness to work towards)
* Demonstrated clinical expertise with a commitment to evidence‐based practice
* Strong teaching, coaching, and facilitation skills across diverse learning environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage
* Proven ability to mentor and support staff at varying levels of experience
* Sound organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
* Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating education programmes
* A collaborative approach, working effectively within multidisciplinary teams
* Commitment to continuous professional development, research, and quality improvement
What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education programmes that strengthen capability across nursing and midwifery teams. From facilitating bedside teaching to supporting competencies in areas such as ALS, BLS, and emergency nursing, your impact will be felt every day. Working closely with Nurse Managers and Clinical Nurse Consultants, you'll help shape education strategies, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support staff at every stage of their professional journey, while maintaining your own clinical expertise through hands‐on care when it matters most.
