About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Officer, based in Victoria to support and enhance ARI's Quality Management System (QMS).
Reporting to the Business Manager (Victoria) and working closely with the National QHSE Manager, this part‑time position offers flexible hours and work‑from‑home options, ideal for someone seeking work‑life balance while contributing to a high‑performing technical organisation.
This hands‑on role is responsible for ensuring compliance with NATA accreditation (ISO/IEC 17025) and the integration of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification scopes across ARI's Victorian operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our audit readiness, supporting process improvements, and embedding quality culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain NATA accreditation and ISO/IEC 17025 compliance across ARI Victoria.
Support the implementation and improvement of ARI's Quality Management System (QMS).
Coordinate internal and external audits, documentation control, and corrective actions.
Assist in the integration of ISO certification scopes and climate action accreditation.
Deliver training, awareness sessions, and reporting on quality performance metrics.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standardisation across ARI sites.
About You Diploma or Degree in Science, Engineering, or Quality Management (or related field).
Minimum 3 years' experience in a NATA‑accredited testing, inspection, or calibration environment.
Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 and quality management principles.
Skilled in auditing, document control, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
(Desirable) Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) or Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) sectors.
Part‑time role (option of 3 or 4 days) with flexible work‑from‑home arrangements.
