We have a fantastic opportunity for multiple Direct Care Workers to become part of our dedicated Community Health team. If you're eager to support aged, frail, or disabled individuals in remaining in their own homes, this could be the perfect role for you

As a Direct Care Worker (Community), you will play a key role in providing direct, person-centred care to clients, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals. You'll be an integral part of the team, supporting individuals to live independently with dignity and respect, while contributing to their overall well-being.

While experience in working with aged, frail, or disabled persons is valuable, limited experience is acceptable as we are happy to support your growth.
