Main Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be fully accountable for the day-to-day running of the grocery department, including all non-fresh products in store.
* You will take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the local community.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Direct leadership experience, as you will lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
* The ability to look ahead and energise your team to deliver with pride.
* A focus on maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management.
* A customer-obsessed approach, continually seeking to better understand our diverse customers.
