**The Opportunity**
Come and discover the opportunity to join our **Geelong** team as a **Customer Service Representative**. BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.
**This is a Monday to Friday role, working a 38-hour week.**
**What Will You Do?**
This position offers diversity and opportunity for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys the full spectrum of a busy workplace. Alongside general sales and customer service responsibilities, your duties will include:
- following up on quotations and inquiries converting these into sales opportunities
- collaborating with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met - including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timetable
- continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience and consistently improving the total value proposition
- provide internal support and regular feedback to relevant sales teams regarding customer and competitor information
