This firm is one of Brisbane's largest law firms with lawyers working across many industries for clients including listed corporates, private companies, ultra high net worth individuals as well as government clients.
**About the role**:
This role will see you work closely with two highly respected Partners across a diverse mix of work, including:
- advising on workplace investigations, bullying / sexual harassment claims, work health & safety and some industrial matters;
- defending claims of unfair dismissal, general protections and anti-discrimination;
- acting for a broad cross section of clients across the construction, mining / resources, manufacturing, transport, technology, education, health and professional services industries;
- involvement in business development, including presentations and industry events.
**Skills/Experience**:
To be considered for this role you will:
- have 2-5 years PAE in employment law ideally gained in a top tier, mid tier or recognised boutique law firm;
- a proactive approach;
- strong interpersonal skills and a genunine enthusiasm about employment law.
