Rainsmart Solutions Pty Ltd is a unique company which provides complete Engineered Environmental Product & Solutions in the field of Geo-synthetic, Stormwater Management, and Green roofs from design to install assistance.

Rainsmart manufactures its own range of High Quality, High Strength range of Nero Drainage Cell, Ellipse & STM Modular tanking system, Nero Pave Permeable Paving, Green Wall systems from Virgin PP and selected industrial grade recycled PP to the highest industry standards.

The full time Sales Representative is required in this business to assist in the building and maintaining of personal relationships with the key clients, conduct necessary market and product research, network within the industry and assist in making the selling cycle more efficient. Sales Representative plays an important part in the product selling cycle and as such is directly contributing to the revenue of the business. Given the technical nature of the business, this role is critical to its success. Rainsmart Solutions needs to retain this position on a permanent full-time basis. The full time Sales Representative is reporting to the owner/Director of the business. The fundamental need to retain this position lies in the business' need to maintain and continue to grow their significant market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Creating sales cycle with new and existing customers
* Obtain sufficient leads to generate the number of calls and proposals required to achieve sales target
* Ensure ongoing development and enhancement of customer relations
* Ensure that the customer is satisfied with the level of service being given
* Provide introduction to client about new products and dealing with client enquiries
* Keeping in close communication with existing customers to meet any new needs that they may have in the future
* Making sure that goods, such as equipment, arrive on time and when customers need them
* Quoting prices and arranging for credit terms
* Conduct pre-delivery inspection of all equipment to ensure that it has been prepared by the customer's instructions
* Attend regular sales meeting
* Assist in minimisation of costs and maximisation of profits through daily activities
* Identifying changes in customer needs and follow up with management if any necessary improvement required
* Responsible for contract and job order completion, including delivery and installation arrangement
* Responsible for preparing sales report and general feedback to management for product and service improvement.

Skill Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree

· Minimum 1 year of work experience in the relevant field at the required skill level.

· Experience with Environmental Product & Solution

· Strong communication skills to get what the customer needs and explain technical stuff in plain English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $84,000.00 per year
