- Build your career and Australia's future.
- Not many people can say they are working on building Australia's future. With us you'll be doing just that, leaving a legacy for all Australians. Plus, there's equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.
- A bit about your role
- The goal of the RSP Communications team is to act as a conduit between nbn's Retail and Wholesale Service Provider (RSP) community and nbn and be accountable for ensuring we are effectively communicating the right messages to our RSPs on a regular basis.
The RSP Communications Manager works with teams across Sales, Marketing, Networks, Product, Operations Control Centre, Legal and Regulatory, nbn Local, Business, Wholesale Supply, CX, IT and Corporate Comms teams, to develop RSP facing communications and supporting documentation for internal and external stakeholder use.
The role accountabilities will see you developing, executing, and managing nbn's end-to-end RSP customer communications, while ensuring that technical network & systems bulletins align with the general RSP Customer communications language, approach, and delivery mechanisms.

Your experience developed from large matrix organisations or working with channels will enable you to deliver the right message at the right time in the most effective way for the audience.
Ideally you will have experience developing and implementing internal & external communications in a complex matrix environment, with the able to think independently, operating as a strong self-starter, driven to achieve results.
