Location: Yamba, New South Wales. Casual. $34 to $40 per hour plus superannuation and 25% casual loading.
We are looking for a Guest Services Officer to join our Brooms Head & Calypso Yamba Holiday Park team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to holiday park guests and visitors, manage all types of customer bookings and enquiries through the council's booking system RMS, promote and sell accommodation services, and serve as an excellent communicator while maintaining high levels of personal presentation and time management.
