Claims Consultant Role
We are seeking a Claims Consultant to join our team. As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their insurance claims, processing claims in accordance with legislative requirements, and providing timely and effective responses to customer enquiries.
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity with great staff benefits and hybrid working arrangements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to apply proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with their insurance claims, ensuring a professional and courteous experience is delivered at every touch point.
* Process all incoming insurance claims in accordance with legislative requirements.
* Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries, developing customer relationships and delivering a positive trusted customer experience.
* Maintain high attention to detail with effective planning, prioritization, and management of competing tasks and resources.

* Possess strong technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
