Community College Northern Inland (CCNI) is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Data & Systems Administration Officer to join our Inverell team. About the Role
This full-time position is responsible for supporting the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of student data within our Student Management System (Axcelerate) and Ezescan digital workflow system.
You will assist staff across multiple campuses, support AVETMISS and Smart & Skilled reporting processes, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure our data is maintained to a high standard.
This is a hands-on administrative role that suits someone who thrives on detail, enjoys problem-solving, and is confident using digital systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with maintaining accurate student records, enrolments, attendance and outcomes in Axcelerate
* Support staff with data entry requirements and provide training on SMS and Ezescan functions
* Prepare monthly AVETMISS validation files and assist with troubleshooting
* Prepare draft Smart & Skilled quotes and provide updated information for reporting
* Conduct routine data health checks and identify issues for follow-up
* Support the secure processing of high-risk documentation and digital workflows
* Prepare certificates, statements of attainment and assist with record archiving
* Provide general administrative support across the organisation
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent digital administration skills
* Experience using databases or student management systems (Axcelerate desirable)
* An understanding of RTO or VET administrative environments (preferred)
* High-level accuracy and ability to work independently within deadlines
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to train and support others
* A current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
* A driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
