We are seeking a passionate and qualified Music Teacher to deliver an engaging and comprehensive curriculum from Years 5 to 12.
You will inspire students to explore music theory, history, composition, and performance, helping them develop a deep understanding and appreciation of music across all year levels.
You will join a supportive and collaborative Performing Arts Faculty, committed to high-impact teaching and continuous professional growth.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate you satisfy all of the following essential selection criteria:
Essential Criteria
A working understanding of, and commitment to the Catholic ethos of a School in the Edmund Rice tradition.
Demonstrated understanding of appropriate behaviours and professional boundaries that reflect child safeguarding values in practice.
Qualified to teach Music (Stage 3 to Stage 6) with NESA Accreditation and approval to teach in NSW.
Demonstrated excellence as a classroom practitioner.
Demonstrates effective classroom management through clear expectations, proactive behaviour strategies, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Demonstrated success in differentiation of curriculum.
Demonstrated proficiency on your instrument of choice.
Effectively incorporates ICT into teaching, learning, and assessment to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Desirable Criteria
Ability and/or willingness to teach VET Entertainment or another subject.
Experience working on School Productions.
