The role
Due to business growth, we are recruiting two part‐time receptionists.
Position 1: Monday to Friday, 7am – 12pm.
Position 2: Monday to Friday, 11:30am – 4pm.
Part‐Time Receptionist
As our part‐time receptionist, your responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
- Quotations for prospective customers
- In Depth knowledge of our product range
- Filing
- Upkeep of stationery supplies
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service with a positive 'can do' attitude
- Self‐motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- The ability to multi‐task and prioritise
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Experience with XERO
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Pride in your personal presentation
- A willingness to learn
Schedule
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
Experience
- Reception: 2 years (required)
Work Authorisation
Work Location: In person. This position will be based on‐site in our office in Ourimbah with parking available in office.
Job Details
Job type: Part‐time.
Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour.
Expected hours: 25 per week.
