The Microsoft Asia regional Sales Enablement and Operations Organization (SE&O) is seeking a strategic, tenacious, and driven Go-To-Market(GTM) Manager to take on a pivotal role in promoting the Azure Infrastructure services as the leading choice for customers' and partners' digital, cloud, and AI transformations.
The regional SE&O team in Asia serves as a crucial link between Microsoft's Commercial Strategy and its localized execution, driving operational excellence and accelerating the pace of customer AI and Digital transformation.
As the Azure Infrastructure GTM Manager, you will be center of Azure Infrastructure business in ANZ. You will have end-to-end accountability for the Azure Infrastructure Solutions across all customer segments, including strategy, planning, execution, advocacy, governance, and business performance. This role is responsible for delivering revenue, consumption KPIs, and market share targets for Azure Infrastructure Solution Areas and strategic workloads.
You will be a key partner of the Area counterparts, such as sales, marketing, partner, customer success, skilling, finance, services, and audience engagement. You will provide data and insights to support and drive effective business prioritization and decision-making for the Azure business in ANZ.

**Responsibilities**:
**Drive Business Performance**
- Partners with Areas to drive GTM for aligned Solution Plays, identifying growth opportunities in the market and builds clear execution plans.
- Align, influence and coach field teams, sales operations, marketing plans, business rhythms and change management to convert strategic priorities into local execution.
- Partners across Microsoft core teams to bring the voice of field and co-design strategy and programs.
**Sales Enablement**
- Lands and champions solution plays, activating connected sales and marketing execution in every segment to maximize performance and share.
- Evangelize Microsoft strategy for Developer Productivity and App Modernization.
**Product Advocacy**
- Advocates as the voice of the Customer, Partners and Field to provide thought leadership on competitive landscape, solution area gaps, sales trends, etc. to drive improvements on the Go-To-Market (GTM) plan.
- Grows organization capability to drive true insights, learnings and blockers for leaders, managers, and sellers.
- Drives standardized rhythms and tools that drive increased customer and partner facing time for sellers.
- Activates leaders and managers on investments and resource optimization, leveraging data and analysis.
**Qualifications**:
**To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications**:
- Understanding of the Cloud Computing Infrastructure tech like compute, storage, networking, specialized compute, apps that drive business, cloud solution areas and the segment priorities/opportunities, and a deep understanding of customer solutions and strategies and end-to-end Cloud market ecosystem in Asia & ANZ in particular.
- A strategic thinker drive business plans thru levers like partners, sales, marketing with deep understanding of market drivers, compete landscape and Microsoft advantages.
- A results-oriented achiever who is excited about landing these plans to realize revenue, Azure consumption, growth, share, and strategic market outcomes. Defines and leads the execution of rhythm of the business cadence and metrics to gather feedback and enable field performance.
- A business planner who can compose an integrated business plan across sales, marketing, partners, and customer engineering disciplines. Engages Corp teams to share insights & needs for systematic intervention to scale Azure Infrastructure Services.
