The Guild is proudly student-run, not-for-profit, and driven by values that reflect both heritage and innovation.About the Role:You’ll manage the operations of a multi-disciplinary team covering marketing, creative, and projects. This is a senior leadership role responsible for both strategic planning and hands-on delivery of campaigns, promotions, and branded content for the Guild’s services, programs, and its commercial outlets (Tavern, Cafés, Functions).Your work will directly impact student life, from O-Day festivals and volunteering programs to digital engagement and social media campaigns. You’ll ensure consistent messaging, strategic alignment, and measurable outcomes across all platforms. This is an engaged leadership role that goes beyond desk work – you’ll be out on campus, collaborating with your team, supporting activations, and bringing campaigns to life – where students live, study and connect.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the marketing, creative, and student engagement teamsDevelop and execute integrated, multichannel marketing strategiesOversee branding, social media, content creation, and advertisingPromote Guild commercial activities: cafés, tavern, merchandise, and function businessCoordinate campaign planning, timelines, and stakeholder alignmentManage budgets, reporting, team development, and project evaluationSupport major student events and engagement initiatives across campusYou’ll Be Great in This Role If You Have:A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or equivalent experienceProven abilities in digital content, branding, and campaign deliveryExperience leading multichannel campaigns across web, email, social media or printAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Content Management System (CMS), and social media scheduling toolsConfidence using analytics tools to track campaign performance and engagement metricsExcellent leadership, team development, and people management skillsA creative and strategic mindset, with a hands-on approach to bringing ideas to lifeWhat We Offer:A values-led, student-centred workplace with genuine impactOpportunity to work on iconic UWA campus campaigns and commercial brandsFlexibility, creativity, and meaningful leadership challengesHow to Apply:Click "Apply" to submit your cover letter and CV.
