Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Managing arrears and lease renewals
- Conducting entry, exit, and routine inspections
- Attending QCAT/troubleshooting, where required
- General administration and reporting
- Rent reviews and legislative compliance
What You'll Need:
- At least 1 year of experience in property management
- QLD Certificate of Registration (or in progress)
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- A genuine passion for the real estate industry
