Key Role: CNC Programming Operator

Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret design drawings to programme CNC machines for optimal performance.
* Programme various CNC machines to produce a wide range of products, including metal frames and timber doors.
* Maintain machine settings and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure efficient operation.
* Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure all products meet quality standards.
* Monitor machine performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CNC programmer in a manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrated skills in operating CNC machinery, tooling, and precision measurement tools.
* Strong understanding of computer programming, CAD/CAM software, and mechanical principles.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
