Responsibilities:
* Contribute to improving business efficiency and identifying cost-saving opportunities in relevant areas.
* Assist with coordinating sample orders and mail processing.
* Manage stock levels of sample stock.
* Monitor customer-related inboxes for distribution to team members.
* Coordinate warranty claims and assessment with business managers.
* Provide exceptional customer service by keeping customers updated on their orders.
* Build a sales pipeline and ensure follow-up and closure of leads.
