What you'll be doing:
- Implement and manage data integrations across POS, timesheets, and booking platforms to support accurate, real-time reporting.
- Maintain seamless connections between systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and continuity.
- Design and manage dashboards that track sales, labor, inventory, and customer insights for management decision-making.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in sales, timesheets, and invoicing, while supporting continuous process improvements.
- Develop tools and reporting solutions to analyse sales trends, customer behaviour, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver software solutions that optimise staffing, inventory, and customer experience.
- Provide guidance on system upgrades, software proposals, and cost-benefit analysis to support business growth.
What you have:
- Proven experience as an Analyst Programmer, Software Developer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (eg, Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) and related framework
- Strong experience with databases, SQL, and data structures.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with testing, debugging, and diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of security principles and risk management within the software development lifecycle is highly desirable.
