This is a full-time, hybrid role where you'll support our licensed conveyancers with a wide range of tasks across residential and complex property matters.What You'll Be Doing:Preparing and managing conveyancing files from start to finishHandling contract preparation, file setup, searches, and correspondenceAnswering calls, greeting clients, and managing reception in our Bathurst office (2 days per week)Liaising with clients, agents, brokers, and solicitorsWorking from home 3 days/week to manage files and meet key deadlinesWhat You'll Need:Previous experience in conveyancing, legal, real estate, finance, or accountingStrong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approachMust be tech savvy with confidence working across Microsoft Office Software, Adobe, and other cloud-based systems.
