Cabinet Maker / Team Leader

OUD Bespoke Joinery is a growing custom joinery company delivering high-end, bespoke work across hospitality, commercial, and residential projects.
We're seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Team Leader to lead by example—hands-on in the workshop and on site—delivering quality joinery from fabrication through to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fabricate high-end custom joinery (timber, laminate, veneer)
* Lead and support a small team in the workshop and on site
* Read and interpret detailed joinery drawings
* Install kitchens, cabinetry, wall panelling, vanities, and bespoke joinery
* Troubleshoot issues and maintain high-quality finishes
* Coordinate with project managers and other trades
Requirements:
* 6+ years' experience in cabinet making / joinery installation
* Previous leading hand or team leader experience preferred
* Strong drawing interpretation skills
* Confident with workshop machinery and hand tools
* White Card and valid driver's licence
* Own hand tools and reliable transport
Job Details:
* Full-time, permanent role
* Salary: $80,000 + superannuation
* Overtime available
* Factory based in Botany, NSW
