About the Role As a valued Practice Nurse, You will provide culturally safe, community-focused primary health care, including health assessments, chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, and care coordination. You will work closely with Aboriginal Health Workers, GPs, and families to deliver holistic, relationship-based care that supports the health and wellbeing of the Aboriginal community.

What We're Looking For
* Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
* Experience in primary health care or community health
* Aboriginal Health Experience
* 2+ years RN Experience
* Commitment to culturally safe practice
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
