Your New Role
As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for:
* Producing and managing detailed plans within your scope.
* Defining planning standards and ensuring data integrity.
* Managing planning strategies in CMMS and ERP systems.
* Coordinating with Supply Chain Services to optimise stock and resource usage.
* Supporting production and repair planning with key stakeholders.
* Monitoring procurement, production, and repair progress.
* Implementing continuous improvement tools and supply chain indicators.
* Ensuring accuracy of planning data and contributing to cost and performance improvements.
Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Must be an Australian Citizen
* Attention to detail and strong data management skills.
* Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel, CMMS, and ERP systems.
* Trade or technical background with planning experience.
* Team collaboration and communication skills .
* Mastery of industrial systems : CMMS, ERP, MRP, PLM.
* Minimum 5 years' industrial and /or ship-related technical experience .
* Expertise in maintenance management, supply chain, and manufacturing/repair processes .
* Knowledge of Just-in-Time production and continuous improvement tools .
* Experience with digital dashboards and non-line management .
* Ability to mobilise resources respectfully and effectively .
