Leichhardt is an independent, Australian-owned solar salt project headquartered in Perth with operations in northern Western Australia. Our sites include the Lake MacLeod salt operation near Carnarvon and the Eramurra Project, 55km outside Karratha.
About the Role
As the HSECT Administrator, you?ll play a key role in supporting our Health, Safety, Environment, Community and Training (HSECT) team by providing comprehensive administration, coordination and systems support. This is a 5D 2X 4D 3X (9-day fortnight) shift pattern, based out on site at Lake MacLeod working 8.88 hours per day.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Office Management & Administration ? Extensive diary management and scheduling across multiple stakeholders; coordinate travel arrangements; liaise with staff, Corporate Office, contractors, suppliers, and health & safety professionals.
* Senior Leadership Support ? Compile HSECT performance metrics, presentations, and incident statistics for leadership review; attend meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
* Document & System Administration ? Maintain and update HSECT documentation including training records, incident reports, safety audits, risk assessments, stakeholder engagement register and permit registers; administer the company?s document management system by formatting documents using company templates and ensuring approval processes are fit for purpose.
* Incident Management System (IMS) Support ? Assist with maintaining the IMS, including quality control and classification checks.
What We?re Looking For
* Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role, ideally within mining or industrial environment or a background in Health, Safety or Training roles.
* Skills: Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, tech-savy, adept at multitasking and prioritisation, and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Systems Knowledge: Expert in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Pronto and SharePoint.
* Qualifications:Year 12 essential; Certificate/Diploma in Business or Administration desirable.
