Desktop Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support and assistance to end-users.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level helpdesk and second-level desktop support services to our staff. This will include troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and implementing efficient and reliable information technology services to support business operations.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective desktop support services
* Respond to enquiries relating to new account establishments and operations
* Assist users with systems lockout and password resets
* Log and manage all helpdesk jobs in accordance with local procedures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry experience. You should also have extensive experience with hardware and software support, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
