Clinical Nurse Specialist

What You'll Be Doing

The Clinical Nurse Specialist uses best‐practice evidence to provide person‐centred specialist nursing care at an advanced practice level for the designated speciality in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team. The role provides clinical leadership, support, and supervision for less experienced clinicians to achieve people‐focused quality care.

Selection Criteria

* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with evidence of recent clinical experience and skills in relation to the position, and relevant post‐registration qualifications in Renal Nursing with a minimum of three years' experience working in the clinical speciality and a strong commitment to maintaining professional competence.
* Demonstrated effective professional verbal and written communication within a diverse multidisciplinary team.
