Job Description
* This role plays a critical part in monitoring and managing the health of fixed plant production equipment. Your work will enhance equipment reliability, standardize condition monitoring practices, and advance asset health capabilities across operations.
* This position collects, analyzes, and reports condition monitoring data to identify early signs of failure and enable predictive, proactive maintenance that minimizes downtime and optimizes asset performance.
* This role works closely with engineers, planners, mechanics, supervisors, and OEM representatives to ensure accurate interpretation of data and effective maintenance interventions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A trade qualification or tertiary engineering degree with experience in condition monitoring and proven application of condition-based maintenance strategies.
* Vibration Category-2 and Lubrication Category-2 certified.
* Deep technical knowledge of fixed plant assets such as conveyors, kiln/drums, pumps, and other rotating machinery.
* Proficiency in SAP or equivalent CMMS platforms.
* Hands-on experience with vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication monitoring techniques, including accurate interpretation and practical application.
* Advanced data analysis skills, including using systems such as Asset Health Manager, PI System, or equivalent.
