**What's The Role**:
We're seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join our team. It is an exciting opportunity to join our industry leading transportation company and play a key role in assisting hundreds of Australian businesses to meet their transport needs.
Lindsay Transport is Australia's largest fresh produce transporter, delivering temperature-sensitive freight to major markets and grocery distribution centres. **Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to**:
- **Safe Always** - Demonstrating safe work practices, leading by example and promoting a safe work culture.
- **Temperature Sensitive Freight -** working with and understanding temperature sensitive freight, ensuring the safe and timely handling.
- **Freight Handling** - Loading and unloading vehicles; moving freight to and from storage areas; Primarily loading dry, fresh, refrigerated, frozen freight onto trailers for distribution.
- **Load Management & Accuracy** - Load trucks in accordance with the load sheet
- **Equipment Operation** - Stabilisation equipment is used as required.
**What You'll Bring**:
- Have a valid & current forklift licence and experience in this class
- Have warehouse and pick, packing and stocktaking experience
- Have experience loading and unloading trucks
- Have refrigeration experience (preferred)
- Be reliable and punctual with good communication skills
- Be able to adhere to transport documentation
