We are recruiting 7 part-time Disability Support Workers to join a 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Warragul.
About the role
You will be working in a 24/7 SIL setting supporting an adult with complex support needs.
The role involves providing person-centred support in line with individual support plans, behaviour support strategies, and organisational policies.
Support's include:
Implementing Behaviour Support Plans and approved restrictive practices
Supporting emotional regulation and daily routines
Promoting safety, dignity, and choice
Responding appropriately to risk and changes in presentation
Working within a consistent team approach across all shifts
These roles are part-time, with regular and ongoing shifts.

Maintains clear professional boundaries
Respects individual beliefs, values, and autonomy
Does not impose personal views or religion
Can follow Behaviour Support Plans and restrictive practices as written
Works calmly and consistently in complex situations
Understands trauma-informed and person-centred support
Experience in SIL, complex support, or behaviour support environments is essential.
Team Leader (Certificate 4 Disability or higher is required)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7am-3pm
