The Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA) is the peak body representing real estate professionals in South Australia. REISA delivers industry-leading training and education, alongside membership services, advocacy, events and professional development that support confidence in real estate transactions.
This Business Development role works in conjunction with the CEO to develop and deliver business development initiatives that support REISA's members, foster external partnerships, secure opportunities and strengthen stakeholder relationships. The role is primarily focused on growth, partnership development, project management and strategic engagement, while also providing operational support to REISA's RTO and Training functions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development, Membership & Strategic Projects
• Lead and support business development initiatives aligned with REISA's membership growth, retention and value priorities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage training, professional development, events and partnerships to support membership acquisition and renewal.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Project manage key initiatives across REISA's portfolio.
• Coordinate stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Monitor and report on business development and project outcomes.
RTO & Training Support
• Provide operational and administrative support to the RTO and Training divisions.
• Support student lifecycle activities including enrolments, withdrawals and completions.
• Assist trainers and assessors with scheduling and administration.
• Support audit preparation and compliance activities.
• Respond to learner enquiries.
Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement
• Deliver high-quality customer service to members, students, trainers and stakeholders.
• Act as a key point of contact for business development and training enquiries.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Represent REISA professionally.
General & Team Support
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with events and industry activities.
• Undertake other duties as directed.
