Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as a trusted commercial advisor to designated groups within the organization. This involves providing insightful financial and operational analysis to drive performance improvement initiatives.
* This includes analyzing key metrics such as KPIs, work-in-progress (WIP), debtor days, utilization, realization, and other relevant data points.
* You will also support pricing strategies, tender submissions, and large client proposals by leveraging your analytical skills and commercial acumen.
* An additional responsibility is to partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective client arrangements, compliance, and operational planning.
* Enhancing working capital management and overseeing significant WIP write-offs are critical aspects of this position.
* You will also assist in resource planning and team structuring aligned with strategic goals.
* A further key aspect of this role is promoting financial acumen across the organization through training and commercial awareness initiatives.
* Finally, you will provide responsive support on ad hoc queries and initiatives as needed.
