Job Title: Sales Director


Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the sales strategy for utility scale projects in the ANZ region. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategic plan, overseeing regional operations, and driving business growth.


Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company's sales strategy for utility scale projects in the ANZ region.
2. Business Growth: Cooperate with ecological utility partners to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
3. Territory Management: Manage marketing departments and expand overseas business to increase revenue.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research, collect industry information, analyze trends and development, and propose improvement plans.
5. Sales Development: Expand major customers, break through in key projects, develop sales strategies, and guide regions/departments to develop sales plans.
6. Sales Process Optimization: Participate in sales project process construction and optimization, refine strategies, standardize marketing process management, and manage risks.
7. Cross-Departmental Communication: Coordinate cross-departmental communication, ensure sales tasks are assigned and product delivery is achieved.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree or above: Bachelor's Degree or above in Business or Engineering.
2. Business Experience: Minimum 5 years of business experience in solar involving complex sales over several quarters' sales cycles.
3. Language Proficiency: Proficient in English with working language proficiency.
4. Prospecting and Negotiation: Confidence and foresight in prospecting for new business and maintaining existing accounts, ability to negotiate sales deals that contribute to the company's top and bottom lines.
5. Communication and Presentation: Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels, excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
