At the forefront of our organization, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our team. This key role is responsible for effectively managing and overseeing daily customer service operations across WA, SA, and NT functions.
The successful candidate will champion training efforts for direct reports, facilitating ongoing cross-training across all facets of customer service responsibilities. Additionally, they will manage responses to internal and external requests, including handling complaints, resolving transactions, and addressing customer conflicts.
This position serves as the primary interface between distribution, retailers, and suppliers, ensuring swift and effective resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring high standards and satisfaction
* Lead training and development for direct reports, focusing on cross-training and skill enhancement
* Address and resolve internal and external complaints and conflicts
* Support broader business initiatives by collaborating with various departments
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Experience in data management, customer relations, people management, and process improvement
* Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
