Insurance Dispute Resolution Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing clients with legal advice on insurance-related matters
* Reviewing applicable case law and legislative changes to stay up-to-date
* Conducting robust workload management, prioritizing tasks and delivering services effectively
* Developing an understanding of client operations and strategy
* Mentoring and developing junior staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years PQE experience in personal injury law, particularly abuse law
* Superior communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues and challenging situations
* A calm and easy-going nature with the ability to work autonomously as part of a team
