We’re looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team and play a critical role in managing our daily operations.
About the Role
This is a key position within the business, responsible for coordinating technician schedules, managing incoming enquiries, and ensuring jobs run efficiently from start to finish.
You’ll work closely with our Service Manager and offshore Administration Coordinator, with strong support and clear structure in place. The Service Manager will review and sign off on the schedule daily—you’ll be responsible for building and driving it.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for the business (calls, emails, enquiries)
* Build and manage the daily technician schedule
* Coordinate with the Service Manager and Administration Coordinator to optimise workflow
* Enter and manage jobs in Simpro from start to completion
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date job information
* Assist with purchase orders and material tracking
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Collate timesheets for payroll
* Identify and improve systems and processes
About You
You’re someone who takes ownership, stays organised under pressure, and communicates clearly.
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communicator with clients and team members
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Practical problem-solver with a “get it done” attitude
* Reliable, consistent, and detail-focused
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with Simpro and/or Monday.com (highly regarded)
* Previous experience in a trade or service-based business (preferred)
