As the Deputy Program Manager, you will support key activities within the Triton Program, enhancing the ADF's maritime surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities across the Australian maritime domain. You will play a key role in developing key relationships across defence and tech/trade domains, using your strong background in Aviation to understand key project requirements driving outcomes in a hands-on manner. You will also be accountable for:
* Identification and mitigation of risks and playing a key role in preparation and implementation of governance documentation
* Monitoring program performance, and driving continuous improvement
* Support Audits, Program health checks and independent assurance reviews in line with defence standards, security requirements and contract deliverables

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong technical background, able to build rapport with technicians and engineers.
* Background in the military would be advantageous; however, industry adjacent experience is also highly valued
* Leadership experience, ideally across multi-discipline teams
* Minimum 4-5 years of leadership experience ideal
* Experience working on aviation programs essential
* Qualifications in Engineering, Project or Business Management would be advantageous
