Your New Role and Responsibilities
We're seeking an entry-level associate to join a supportive team, gaining hands-on experience in a new program. This position is open to applicants who are eager to learn and grow with us.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their IT infrastructure career, with interests in server administration, virtualization, database support, and hardware fundamentals. We value problem-solving skills, effective communication, and teamwork.
In this role, you will gain:
* Experience with Windows Server, Unix, and Linux administration
* Familiarity with virtualization technologies
* Knowledge of enterprise backup products like IBM TSM and storage technologies
* Exposure to F5 load balancer troubleshooting and technical documentation creation
